The Standard Booth package includes system wall partitions (2.5m height), fascia with company name and booth number, fluorescent lights, power socket, reception desk, chairs and wastepaper basket.

Customized branding, internet services, additional furniture, storage, housekeeping, advanced electrical requirements and bespoke booth structures are not included unless specifically booked.

Detailed move-in, setup, dismantling and operational timelines will be communicated through the official Exhibitor Manual prior to the exhibition.

Yes. Exhibitors showcasing lighting, LED or electrical products must ensure their products comply with applicable Thailand safety standards and local regulations.

Custom booth designs and hanging structures may be permitted subject to organizer and venue approval. Technical guidelines, height restrictions and approval processes will be mentioned in the Exhibitor Manual.

Yes. Official logistics and freight forwarding partners will assist exhibitors with shipping, warehousing and customs clearance procedures for international participation.

Exhibitors receive a designated number of badges based on booth size. Staff must register manually. Badges are required for move-in, show days, and move-out.

Yes. Exhibitors may conduct demonstrations and promotional activities within their allocated booth space, provided they comply with venue safety and operational guidelines.

Exhibitors may photograph or record content within their own booth area. Consent should be obtained before capturing other exhibitors, visitors or surrounding displays.

24-hour general security is provided. Exhibitors must secure their own valuables. Optional booth security can be arranged via the official security agency.

No. Distribution must remain within your booth space.

Only service and support animals are allowed. All others require prior written approval.

No. Smoking is not permitted inside the exhibition halls.
